Message From The President
Our non-profit organization was established primarily to serve individuals in their own homes who have chronic and post-acute health and social needs. In some cases, that means that we provide assistance in navigating this complicated health care world that we find ourselves in or at other times we may provide a health care or social service. Still in other situations the individual may need assistance with arranging or coordinating their care. Whatever the need may be, we are here to help you or your loved one to find solutions. We recognize that most solutions to human problems lie in love, understanding, and caring; however, we want to be there to ‘fill in the gaps’ that your family members and friends aren’t able to provide. We want to do all that we can to help keep you at home and families together.
In striving to meet the needs of individuals we know that it is important to build a caring environment with quality service to our members, their families and caregivers; to recognize that each person has individual needs and interests; to encourage a collaborative team effort between our employees and those that we serve; to positively embrace changes within our industry to meet and exceed the expectations of our members; and to lead our industry with high ethical standards and integrity. Thus, we have adopted these goals as our core values. These serve as the foundation for each decision that we make and each action that we take.
